   Hey peoples i am new in here. I have a canon 4200 and have just bought the ink to refill my cartridges. But the problem is i still have no colour when i print. I know there is an epson program to freeze chips but wondering if there is a canon program to help me out with this. So please can anyone help. Ta

   the problem is more likely clogged jets as i have the 4300 version
