I often convert divx movies to dvd format so they can be played on standar dvd players.The problem is that the subtitles for some movies are in srt and other formats and I don't know how to put them in the movie.The only software that I found is the filmachine which however often makes various errors.Is there any other software?Thank you for your time.
certainly. i use avisynth and vsfilter plugin. avisynth have a learning curve. the easiest way is virtaldub with subtitler filter. then frameserve it to your mpeg2 encoder etc. doing this way is a little slower than using avisynth.
