inspiron 6000

    i have a inspiron 6000 laptop with a dvd read and write drive, but after i had to reformat the hard drive, the dvd drive didnt work. after a while it worked, but it would only play dvd and cds, and can burn cd's, but not dvds. i was thinking its the driver, but everything works besides the dvd drive.

    noobish question here but did you install some burning software?
