installed XENO GC modchip and don't get a light at the side

    I installed my XENO GC modchip and I don't get a light at the side.I adjusted my pot to 175, 200 and 300 but I can't get it to work.I Have a NTSC gamecube and a Xeno 1.0.I've tried with ritek g04's.
