I have an xbox with chip installed. It goes to a blue screen that says flashbios v3.0.3 and asks if i want to load bios from hdd, disc or network. I want to get it to load a dashboard and be able to play backup games. It seems to have loaded a bios by networking and the xbox shut down automatically but when i reboot it it just goes back to the flashbios screen. Its driving me nuts and I've been searching the net all day for answers. I have a working modded xbox with the same executer chip isn't there any way i can get the files from my working xbox and put them on the other one that has the chip installed but no dashboard? How can i get the rest of the mod done? This xbox has an executer 2.6 chip installed but otherwise it is a plain xboxv1.6

FTP the dashboard you want to the xbox and replace the new dash's .xbe file with the current dash's .xbe file. You will probably have to rename it (the new dash) from default.xbe to xboxdash.xbe...upon restart, it should work for you.

not sure how to do that? I caqn ftp to my working modded xbox using flash fxp, but the one that is just chipped is the problem. When we boot it up it goes into the flashbios screen. I copied the entire contents of my working xbox c drive to my pc, isn't there a way to send the info i need from my working one to the other xbox? i can't figure out how to read the info off the chipped box to even see what's on there. It is a v1.6 xbox with an xecuter 2.6 installed. I read some stuff about the flashbios 3.0.3 not working on the v1.6 xbox, could this be the problem? The chip must have come with flashbios 3.0.3 already on it because it automatically booted into that screen where it asks u to load bios from disc, ftp etc when we turn it on. Isn't there a simple way to get this damn box working again?
