Installing My New External DvD/RW

    im having trouble installing my new dvd burner external



    its supposed to be plug and play but the pc is just not finding it can anyone help?

    yes its usb 2.0 the model is lg gsa-2166d



    its lightscribe but its not picking lightscribe up on any programs

    No he means does your PC support usb 2.0 and not usb 1.0
