Rite. I just got a new PC for christmas, it has Windows XP installed already.. apparently, but when i start it, it says 'insert Windows Service Pack 2',which i do, it installs fine untill the end where it says; 'finalizing installation - saving settings' it syas 'setup will complete in 5 mins... 4mins... 3mins... 2mins' and then it stays on that for hours!!!! i dunno if im doing sumfin wrong but could someone please help me! with christmas spirit and all that. thanks
Reboot it and see if it continues. If not click setup again. Sp2 sometimes gets stuck when installing. It's actually close to done but not smart enough to know it.
