You can do do the same things as that program useing Freeware Tools Like "Virtual-Dub" or "AVISynth" and even most Good editing programs have all of those filters for cleaning up an Image.... The Problem with programs Like that is that to add the Filters your File has to get re-encoded which will usually degrade the Quality More than the Filters Improved the Quality and the Only way to not loose any Quality when rendering your Project is to use a Lossless codec Like HuffYUV or render to Uncompressed AVI both of Which will use Huge ammounts of Disk Space Like about 500mb per minute useing HuffYUV or over 1.2gb for Uncompressed AVI.... This is one of the Great Advantages to useing the Filters in Virtual-Dub or AVISynth because Instead of rendering your Project to a New File with the Filters you can Frameserve the File to your Favorite mpeg encoder and encode the File to Mpeg-2/DVD format without haveing to Render to a New AVI file which saves a Lot of Disk Space and Time....Also Many High Quality mpeg encoders(If you are Planning on makeing these files into DVD"s) have Built in Video Filters that you can adjust so you get the Best results when encodeing from AVI to Mpeg-2/DVD... Like "Tmpgenc Pluss/Express" has a Lot of Good Filters that are good for cleaning up the Image while encodeing to Mpeg and so Does "Canopus Procoder" and AVIsynth can be used with Both of these programs for frameserveing too so you can use the Filters that AVISynth uses which are Probably some of the Best filters for Cleaning up Video it is Just that AVISynth is extremely difficult to learn..... ...Good Luck.........Cheers!!!!!
