intergrated network card just quit working

i have an integrated network card, and it was workin a little bit ago, but it just quit. the light in the back of the computer AND router is showing that something is connected since the connection light is blinkin, but windows isn't telling that i have a network card installed.

I even tried to put a network card from another computer in, and the computer woudn't even boot up to windows so i could see if it would work or not

what u think i should do.
