I see this has been discussed in here before, but I'm now stuck with it. I'm trying to burn an ISO onto DVD but each time it reaches to about 95% completion, I get an "Internal Target Failure, couldn't perform disc-at-once" error message. I've tried different media, reducing the last physical address & most recently upgraded to Nero8. here is what your error shows as possible cause: There are many cases where the cause is the R/RW drive itself. If the problem is not solved when you try the suggested actions, get your drive checked. the only real suggestion is MEDIA used and CLEAN the drive.
