Im wondering if anyone has any information regarding which ones perform better? Internal or external running off usb2.0? Just curious as far as actual read/write speeds compare. An external would be better i think for portability but possibly slower?
I'm using the pioneer 106 drive, 1.07 hack firmware, on a usb 2.0 ext. case and I never have any problem burning. It burn approximately 15 minutes on 4x media and rip the dvd movie under 20 min.
