Well i'll get right into it...........I recently downloaded the newest version of Internet Explorer (Internet Explorer 7). Everything seems to work fine until i visit the site steakandcheese. They have alot of cool games and awesome skits that i like to play and watch. Here's the thing............all of the games and whatnot are in .swf format. Now, with the older version of Internet Explorer never had a problem, simply would just open and then play. Now, when it ask's me to Open, Save or Cancel, i would click Open and a blank page would show up. WTF is going on here. Did i make a wrong decision on upgrading my explorer?
The latest version of Flash is incompatible with IE 7. It is also gives you great headache in IE 6 with the latest security updates. Go here, install the new Flash beta and be happy! http://www.filehippo.com/download_flashplayer_ie/
I have found that some software will not work with IE 7 also. One in particular is MusicMatch JukeBox. I had to uninstall 7.0 and it auto reverted back to IE 6 and the software worked fine. MusicMatch is working on compatibality.
