    Hi,
Before when I used IE the videos and everything used yo work on the internet. The videos I view on the internet, for instance if I go onto http://www.youtube.com/ I can't view any videos on IE.It will say [bold]'Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player, click here to get the latest flash player.'[/bold]

And if I use Firefox I can view the video but there will be no sound.

    I think it is a Plug-In problem,but I don't know which Plug-In to get.

Thanks In Advance for your help!

Run firefox. Do you see the security bar below the url box in the browser..does it say that FF has stopped a pop up? Are you running some sort of IP blocking or Proxy software?

Do I do this, when I want to watch the video I click on the IE icon at the bottom right corner.

The problem is that IE doesn't work at all never mind the sound not coming on!

When I try what you said it has the same effect when I normally view the video with FIrefox.I'm stuck, please help!
