Internet Explorer problem

    whenever i try to open IE...a box pops up and says IE has encountered a problem and needs to be closed. wat should i do to fix this?



    Windows XP Home Edition

    Try and repair IE. Go to Add/Remove Program, click on IE, and click on Repair.

    i cant seem to find IE on the add/remove...so is there another way of repairing it?

    Try booting into Safe Mode and empty your temp internet files then reboot. Also, what version of IE are your using encroach?
