I cant get windows live messenger running on my mums laptop. It says that problem is that internet explorer isnt working. No matter what I do i cant get internet explorer working, it says it isnt connected. Firefox works just fine. I've tried resetting all of the options to the defaults and also making internet explorer my default browser and it still wont work. Any help?
i not really sure what could be wrong. when you get an error message, you should also get an error code. next time you get the error, right down the error code, and then look it up on this site, http://msn-errors.blogspot.com/2006/11/windows-live-messenger-error-code.html hopefully you should find information here to help you with your problem.
