hi new to this forum thing but need help can anyone help me i have just downloaded divx codec and web player on win-xp but when i try to view movie online in internet explorer on either joox or stage 6 and when played i can only hear the sound but no picture can anyone tell me any way to fix this?
Have you tried uninstalling divx and then reinstalling? Also depending on which internet explorer you ahve you can go to tools and the to internet options then got to programs and under that go to add-ons to see if the divx codec was successfully installed.
