i am a boss of a company and am facing a problem with my staff i need you guys to tell me how can i completely ban my employees from using internet (web surfing) ???
Manage your staff ?, and you should probably investigate monitoring software. Good luck with the software as my firm had some (no doubt very expensive) monitoring software that had the usual site blacklists, but the very bad thing about it was that it counts every click on a webpage as a minute's surfing. The trouble with this is that there's no way to accurately prove (with such software) how long a person has actually been surfing. Needless to say i disapprove of such software, not the blacklist side of things but the length of time surfed side of things, that can be a big can of worms.
