internet restriction

my work internet access is restricted centrally by the IT guys. any suggestions as to how to bypass these guys and gain access?

 

i like to use a program called ultra surf. it sets up a proxy and connects to a chinnese server or something like that. this is much faster that web proxies made by peace fire.
