Intervideo DVD creator has worked fine in my Toshiba Laptop for 6 months so I purchased the US$69.95 ENGLISH version for my PC and it has lots of German Windows and German is not my second language. Have sadly discovered that Support from Intervideo is non existent, their support amounted to offering my money back. Does anyone know how to get rid of the German Language Windows, I have downloaded lots of times and it is certainly the english copy? Laptop is now performing the same "Unbennant Win DVD Creator" that will be Toshiba's problem. Great program *?!**#?ed company, maybe I'll learn German Language! Any help?? Regards DNIC
Intervideo? And they didn't support you? Are you sure? How did this came? You must be wrong my friend. They are "good" people there! [bold]OF COURSE I'M JOKING![/bold] When I ask Intervideo's help for their software which was including in the package of Plextor's "Convertx" they told me... [bold]"We don't support you". Download our trial version and if you like it, buy it![/bold] Unfortunately, I had some problems with DVD Creator 2! I still have these problems. One thing is sure... I will not give them my money.
