Hi there, iam trying to copy a cd with data on it, iam using windows 2000 pro with a nec 1300a dvd re-writer as the source drive and a liteon 48246k 48 speed cd re-writer when i have the following problems, Invalid write state, this only happens at about 97% of the cd burnt right near the end, i've ruined 3 cd's now and don't want to do anymore. I have the latest firmware for both my drives, could it be dodgy media or will maybe defragmenting my hard drive do the trick?? please help!
Try to reinstall NERO that's what I did and it worked. I had the same problem but I tried only RW discs and they did not get ruined.
