I know that every computer has ip addess. So what would happend if i build my own computer???? How can i change my ip? How can i see other peoples ip addres? Can i go online without IP so that no one knows i was there and so that no one can track me.
well, your computer itself doesn't have the IP address....rather your internet provider assigns your computer an IP number when you get service. So no you can't go online without an IP. You can use anonymizer programs that use proxy servers. Basically they route your traffic through their "secure server" to hide your IP. This comes at a slight price in speed since the infromation has to be routed through the chain. Although most claim to keep no information of it's users, their reliability is really up to the user's discretion....
