i need to renew my ip becuz i have gotten banned from a site I tried the cmd ipconfig/release and renew but gives me my same ip adress. Iam using a speadstream modem high speed internet
Can try to cycle your modem, but it sounds like you have a static ip which means you are stuck with your current ip. You can a)Use a proxy b)Call your isp and request a new ip, I have no idea how well this will work c)If you are using a router, stop using it. If you are going straight from the modem to your comp, add a router. Both will give you a new external ip.
