Every time i go into a certain chat room some unkind person reads out my ip address to me and tells me they are hacking my pc. At first i did not pay to much attention but then my pc started running slow online, and this person the next time i saw them asked me if my pc was running faster today. I have tried to access the site with proxie servers but the java applet never runs. I have also tried various ip hiders but when i go onto the site i press user info on myself and it says 78.178.*.* the same as normal so the ip hiders dont seem to work and dont change or hide my ip address.
