Truly you don't need the registration code because the newer version of the video recorder allow you to go 30 second non stop. If you go over 30 seconds, it will take about 3 minutes for the iphone to convert the video buffer....this beats the purpose. So my advice is simply to update and stay under the 30 sec mark unless you are really intent on waiting 8x longer for the buffer finalization than the time it actually took you to record your video.
