iPod Battery Issue :(

    Hi All,

    I have a iPod Mini and have had it for about 11 months,
    and i am pretty sure that the iPod battery dead.

    Plaese guide my with the CHEAPEST or best possible way of replaceing it

    I live in Australia so can i contact Apple and tell them my problem or what????? so they can replace it or is it cheaper do do it myself!!!

    You're still under warranty so Apple can make the replacement for free. iPods come with a 1 year warranty, so you better hurry up!

    Oh.... I thought that the apple warranty does not cover dead batterys

    ok i will give it a shot

    YEAH!! my ipod lives again IT WORKS!!!

    when i found out that my ipod's batterys were dead i plugged it into my
    pc for 20hr and just now i unplugged it and plugged it back
    into my pc and BANG it lives again!

    I restored it just to be on the safe side,

    should i format it or will it distroy my whole ipod!!
    (my warranty ends in about 20 more days lol!!)
