IPOD ERRORS???

    HELP!!! i have a video ipod that i just bought a year ago and i tried turning it on today while i was in my car and it blinked and threw me an error that said for me to visit the apple.com/support/ipod site. i went there and NO ANSWERS??? i just want to know what i need to do to get my ipod working again! i tried reseting it and toggling the hold switch and still nothing... someone please help!!!

    do you have your ipod fully charged? and please install the latest itunes application in your computer and try it again.

    yes set the ipod to disk mode by holding the menu and center button, when the ipod powers off release the menu and press and hold play and center button until you see a check mark appear on your ipod screen, then just connected to itunes and click restore. if you cant get it, see if you can get an image of the ipod with the error displaying on it.
