You can use dvd decrypter to transfer the dvd as an iso file to your computer. But after that i couldnt guess as i dont own an ipod.
take a look at tihs forum step by step guide using cucosoft http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/297023 , it can convert dvds directly to ipod and works great for lots of people.
