   Theres a problem going on with my iPod, when I turn it on, an image of the apple comes out, then I wait about 10 - 15 secs., and an image of a folder with a warning icon comes out, those two images (the apple and the folder with the warning icon) switch every 5 - 10 secs, I know its not a hardware problem, but any guess what the problem is?
   
   and how can i solve it?
