Ipod Shuffle problem?

    Can someone help me fix my Ipod shuffle. I can trafer music from my computer with it but, my Ipod wont play anysong on it. I tried different headphones but it still doesn't play, what is wrong with it? do i have to update the firmware and if I do where can i find it?

    I would suggest you restore it using the updater. if you have no luck, then please post back :)
