i just got an ipod shuffle. I go to plug it into my computer and it says Removable Disk (f... then i go to open folder to view files using window explorer. and then i just shows a window with the files on it. Shouldnt it take me to itunes? I have itunes on my computer. When i go to file in itunes, i cant click on update songs on ipod. What should i do. And all my files on itunes are MPEG4, while the one file on my Removable Disk page is MP3. Is this my problem. What am i doing wrong. Do i have to change anything. Thanks for the help!
Well for starters you might want to RTFM. I'm sure there must be some kind of 'iPod for dummies' book that came with it.
I did everything that i was supposed to but it didnt do what it was supposed to. When the ipod is plugged into the computer, it should take you right to itunes. But that's not the case.
