hello everyone i hav just bought he ipod video and have packed it out with music and video files which ive converted and put in. recentley my mate gave me sum family guy episodes to put in. ive noticed whilst watching those clips on teh ipod the sound suddenly cuts off and the video carries on playing. i then hav to foreward it or rewind it for it to come back to normal for another 20 seconds then bam the sounds gone again. its really driving me crazy! please help
are you sure it's not a problem with the video file. play it back on a pc to see if the same thing happens.
sully666; Which program do you use to convert the videos? Are you using iPod Firmware vers. 1.1? If, so, downgrade immediately to vers. 1.0.
