iPod to DVD - Unprotect Video Files

    I've seen a ton out there on how to convert video to iPod, but is there a way to convert my purchased video files to DVD or an editable video clip in Media Player? Someone please help. I like to play around with music video/tv shows but can't edit w/o unprotecting the files.
