Ok, so I bought the software Xilisoft so I could rip some of my DVDs but whenever I put the video on my iPod the video goes faster than the audio so it's like a really bad dub or something. The actors say something and it I don't here waht they're saying until they're already done saying it. Does anybody know how to fix this. Do I need to change the bit rate? And if I do, could someone tell me what to set the audio and video bit rates to so they'll synch together?
Adjust "Frame Rate" to correct the sync problem. The default one for "Frame Rate" is "Auto" and you can enter a concrete number for it. You can try these numbers: 15, 23, 29.97, 50 and 60. One of these numbers should work.
