Hey guys I need some assistance with putting a few video files on my ipod video. I downloaded a couple music videos from the itunes music store and they are in the mpeg4 format. I assume no more further conversion is needed. Anyway, When I update my Ipod the video files are not transferred from itunes to the ipod. I have the "automatically update videos" tab checked. I've read a few posts and some manuals online but I can't find anything relevant to my issue. Thanks guys!
Yes I have looked through the guides. The Mpeg4 files will not transfer from my pc to the ipod. I hit "update Ipod" and the computer acts as if it is updating and then nothing shows up on the ipod after the update. Its very confusing! Thanks!
try the old fashioned version and drag the videos into the ipod when it is plugged in. post back if it doesnt work!
