When I tryed to use my ipod video on my friends comp it had that itunes library and then the library from my ipod. I could not figure out how to get songs and stuff from his comp to my ipod.Any help with what im doing wrong will help. Thanks
Your ipod is registered to your version of itunes on your computer so that you cannot "pirate" music from other collections. On your itunes, set up your ipod in disk mode. Then go to your friends computer and copy his music files to your ipod. (not through itunes, just drag and drop the folder when your ipod shows up as an external disk drive). Go home and copy the files to your computer, then import them into itunes like the rest of your library. Hope this helps.
