Ipod video stuck on do not disconnect

    Hi All, My ipod video 30GB is not updating my songs and the screen is flashing 'do not disconnect' all the time. The battery is fully charged. Any ideas what i can do to resolve this?

    Move you hold buttom back and forth about 8 times then hold the Menu bottom down and you should see the Apple logo come on. This happens when you pull your USB cable of your ipod and don't use the eject ipod option in itunes... Hope this helps...
