Hi folks, Im living in dublin and tonight i tried to tune in liverpool tv ( which started at 6pm tonight ). i done a factory reset and then an automatic scan on the box but now its only picking up 36 channels. Can anyone tell me what ive done wrong or how to fix it please ? many thanks in advance
You didn't need to do a factory reset you should have just done an automatic scan. Try doing another automatic scan and see if it picks up all the channels if it still doesn't - turn the box off at the back and leave it for a few mins then turn it back on and do an automatic scan again.If you were able to pick up all the channels before you will get them again. Also Liverpool TV hasn't yet been launched on NTL,I heard it will be on the 22nd.
