Is 3dscardshop.com legit?

I placed an order with them and was charged 3 dollars more than my receipt says, I emailed then a couple days ago and haven't received a response.

I found them off of the supercard dstwo website under dealers is why I trusted them, but I'm beginning to suspect I could have been scammed, what should I do at this point.

 

have checked for you, this site is based in China, and currently it is the Chinese new year holidays, i think you need to wait until the holiday is over which is one week later.

i think that 3 dollars is a bank transfer fee if you use credit card payment.
