I don't have the remote that came with my panasonic bluray player but I figured it was no big deal cuz I just programmed it to my directv remote but the only buttons on the remote that worked was the select button and the power button. I was just wondering if other people had problems with their bluray players working on their universal remotes before I go and buy a different one cuz of course I can't get out of the main menu without the remote so I'm gonna have to get one and I don't want to have to buy the bluray remote online and wait for it to be shipped unless i have to. Thanks for any feedback
Have you tried Direct TV's website sounds like you may be using the wrong code.Sometimes there are 5 or 6 different codes that can be used but not all of them will work. http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/content/remote_codes
