well i just signed on with "rogers" internet highspeed and well i was uisng bitcomet and my downloads wud go up to 20/kb and then drop to like 5/kb and even 0/kb. So i thought it mite have been bitcomet because i had problems with it before, so i downloaded azureus and they are still going really slow. i checked if i had a worm a virus and i don't. I'm explaining everything to see if u guys can help me better Well thanks
