So I need to go back to a slew of old newsletters sent out over the last year and get the HTML code for them. I used a service that generates its own code from a template that you tweak. I contacted them about being able to access the code, and they said no deal. Unfortunately, that doesn't change the fact that I still really need the html out of these old emails. I've tried tinkering around in Mail on the Mac and Outlook Express on the PC, and while I have gotten SOME kind of result, I've never gotten a full working body of HTML that I'd be able to post online. I've tried Gmail and hotmail and haven't figured it out. I don't care what program or mail service allows this to happen, I'll buy it/sign up for it/do what it takes.
Ah, nevermind, I figured this one out myself. The issue was that all of the HTML code in the email was "quoted printable" encoded. Run it through a handy decoder like this: http://www.toastedspam.com/decodeqp and you get beauty-full, recognizable html.
