Is it possible with VOD movies...

    to rent them and then burn them during the 3 day rental period? Is it the same process as renting a DVD and then burning it? I'm wondering whether to being using VOD because it seems easier, but if it's not possible I don't want to waste my money.

    Copying something that you have rented is illegal and I don't think anyone has broken the encryption used on DivX VOD stuff yet anyway. That said I believe you are supposed to be able to burn VOD stuff to disc for playback on certified hardware. Will still have the rental limitations though.
