is it the end of the starview??

hi i live in dublin and saw this on a different website

"Heard from a reliable source they will be re-encoded in the next month by NTL technicians. Only boxes that can't be re-coded are NTL chipped boxes"

do you reckon this is true and the end is near or have we heard all this bullshit before??

i heard ther is nothing much ntl can really do

You said one thing in the post that made sense the word "Bullsh*t". This is particular type of one does the rounds quite a bit.

End of Starview no, but I do wish there was an end to these silly rumours.

yes it will be the end of starviews,as the milenium bug will play havoc with all computers on the 32nd of december 1999,as my computer had a virus i was only able to post now. ha ha ha ha

 

i cannot see my starview going quietly as there seems to be more and more[clones ? ] arriving every day for people to buy,as i saw an ad for a 2 month old starview going cheap e250 lol.
