i have a 30gig ipod video and i've had it 4 about 3 months. all of a sudden when i turn it on it tells me to go to the apple support website with a little folder. i've tried putting it into emergency disk mode but it comes up as empty. am i screwed?
Never heard of that problem before. Try restoring your iPod. There is a link on how to do that on the bottom of my sig.
hi guys im new to this i was wondering if somone coulf help me. i just bought an ipod and i put it on screen lockk but the problem is when iput in the code it doesnt want to unlock if you guys could help me id appreciate.
Can your computer can reconize the ipod is pluged in? I got the same folder icon, my computer woundn't even acnolage the stupid ipod was conected. (this was with a 4th gen)
Do you mean empty as in it shows up in 'My Computer' but with a lack of files inside ~ ? If you can get it to mount through disk mode, restore it.
