Is Slow Burning best using DVD2ONE?

    I know that burning cd-r's to fast can casue them to be unstable...so how about burning dvd backups? Should you chose the slowest speed?

    I can only burn 2.4x speed with my HP200i DVD writer and can't choose any other burning speed.
    This is fine ! 2.4x DVD write speed is almost the same as 32x CD write speed.
