I have an Acer T180, here are the specs:

    AMD Athlon 64 3800+
    MCP61 (motherboard)
    2GB RAM
    160GB HDD
    NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430

Is the NVIDIA GeForce 7300GT compatible with my PC (I plan on upgrading)? Is it better than my current graphics card?

Also, the one I plan on getting: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814187068&Tpk=7300 gt
says it has an HDMI port. Do I need to replace my motherboard or will it just fit?

Thanks so much in advance, any help is appreciated!
