I was wondering if custom ringtones could go on that phone..is it possible....

but other than that, is it a phone where it can be really useful for business??

of course it's a ppc avoid the treo, the treo 700 700w are good examples of buisness those are mostly business, and have low memory in regards to applications. The xv6700 has a nice sized screen, The keyboard is perfect, i think it's touch screen, and lot more memory and space. Yes that's a good choice for a ppc, and since it's a ppc yes you can customize ring tones

I had the 6700, Now the Moto. Q. it uses a Stylus for the Touch Screen ability, Storage wise, you can use up to a 2GB mini sd where you can also store appts. As far as applications, the most Popular site is the Handango site, which the 6700, has a pre-installed I.E. link that takes you there if I rememmber correctly. Allot of the programs have Trial downloads that you can download to try for free.
Most of them have a time limit without full functional capabilities unlike the Paid version.
There's also numerous sites to get applicatons from, like mobilegear.com, pocketpcthoughts.com, even sites like CNET's download.com, pcmag.com, pcworld.com. etc...
