is there a better capturing/recording program than WinFast PVR?

    If you are trying to do Mpeg1/2 Capture then the very bast Mpeg capture Program is "WinDVR 3.0" it has a Pause and Time shifting features so you can actually watch the File you are recording while you are recording it but you need a super fast PC to do this....Cheers
