"Sorry if you were in the middle of something but this program has encountered a problem and must close" This error is continuous with my various requests for conversion of avi to dvd. I was a fan (winavi 7.0). Uninstalled and reinstalled 7.0 then 6.3 but same repeated error. Does anyone know how to solve this ?
I had the same problem. Don't know what causes it or how to fix it. I uninstalled v 7.0 cleaned everthng named winavi out of my registry and reinstalled version 6.3. It works fine. Will continue to use this version untill the other one is fixed.
I was using 7.0 with no issues. Upgraded to 7.1 Then all of the sudden, it started crashing on me. I uninstalled it, removed all the registry entries, re-installed 7.0 and I still have the problem. I'll try going back to 6.3 see if that helps.
