Is there a limit on the size of VCD chapters? Please help.

I am creating photo albums on VCD and using my DVD player (Thomson Selenium) to display them on television (Loewe Artos (NZ uses PAL)). If I only put 20-30 photos on the VCD everything works fine but when I try the full album of 300 photos I get error massages from my DVD player and the PBC function is turned off.

I have used several VCD burning programs (VCDEasy, Nero, Roxio, Ulead etc) to creat the VCD with the same result.

I have been told that there is a limit to the number of still pictures you can have in a VCD chapter but can find no reference to this either in the manuals of on the web.

Does anyone know anything about this and if it is so what the limit is?

 

Im not sure what problems your having , but it could be the way your using your software, here is a user friendly software that is shareware, good luck
